Washington County VINE Coverage
Arkansas VINE is the state's official service. It watches county jails, the Arkansas Division of Correction, and Community Correction supervision. Participating prosecuting-attorney court data appears too. Washington County sits on the county-jail path. Each WCSO detainee record carries a VINE link. It ties the jail record to custody status and notification tools.
The service costs nothing and stays anonymous. It runs around the clock in English and Spanish. The state lists 1-800-510-0415 for phone searches and registration. For the web route, use VINELink. Both exist for a person-specific custody check, not a public gallery of booking photos. Results show status and location information the service holds.
What you see depends on the custody system behind it. A Washington County jail booking and an ADC prison placement are separate records. VINE can carry both. Community supervision and court events can appear too, where applicable. Read each status with its source label and update time.
Run a Washington County VINE Check
Start with enough identifying detail to avoid a same-name mix-up. VINELink accepts several identifiers, and a booking or offender number beats a name alone. Not every search needs them all. When several results come back, compare facility, date of birth, identifier, and status. Do this before touching any notification settings.
- Open VINELink and choose Arkansas as the state.
- Select the custody or offender search and enter a name, booking or offender number, case number, ADC number, or PID.
- Review all matches. Confirm Washington County or the listed Arkansas facility and compare available identifiers.
- Open the matching record to read current custody status, location, scheduled release information, and related event data where supplied.
- If the arrest is fresh and no result appears, check the WCSO intake report and roster, then call detention when the timing is urgent.
The VINELink Arkansas route gives the state-specific entry point for a Washington County custody search. It opens directly into the Arkansas path. From there, a lookup runs against participating systems.

The screen handles one person at a time. Results still need careful matching against county and identifier.
A VINE result is not the full booking record. Charges as booked, bond, arresting agency, court date, and any booking image live in the WCSO individual detail. For the case outcome later on, turn to Search ARCourts or the right clerk. Custody status and court disposition answer two different questions.
Washington County VINE Result Fields
Fields shift with the source system and the person's status. Arkansas materials describe a core set. It helps confirm a match and shows what changed. A scheduled release date may not match the actual one. A transfer moves the person. It decides nothing about the charge.
| VINE field | Meaning and limit |
|---|---|
| Name | The name in the participating custody record; verify against another identifier. |
| Offender or booking number | A stronger record key for matching the correct person. |
| Date of birth | An identity check where the result displays it. |
| Custody status | The status reported through VINE, subject to transfer and data-processing time. |
| Location | The facility or system currently reported, which may change after transfer. |
| Scheduled release | A planned date when applicable, not a guarantee that release occurred. |
| Supervision or court event | Parole, post-release, or case information where the participating source provides it. |
VINE is not a photo service. The Washington County alpha roster has no photo column either, though its individual detainee detail can carry an "Image: Mugshot" field. Neither interface works as a face gallery. A booking image simply documents jail processing.
Register Washington County Custody Alerts
Once the right result is open, registration can request notice of a release or transfer. It can also flag other supported status changes. Online choices shift as VINELink updates its interface. State guidance describes telephone, email, SMS or text, and TTY options where offered. The phone route still helps when online controls feel unclear.
- Choose the notification or “Get Notified” option on the confirmed custody record, or call 1-800-510-0415.
- Select an offered delivery method and provide the phone number, email address, or other destination requested.
- Create a personal identification number, or PIN, when prompted. Keep it private.
- Review which custody events the registration covers and complete the confirmation steps.
- Use the PIN to manage or cancel telephone notification settings when the service requests it.
Registration records the request and nothing more. It places no hold and changes no release terms. Delivery is not guaranteed before a custody event. Phone service, email filtering, stale contact details, and upstream jail data can all interfere. Keep the registration current. Hold a second official verification route when timing or safety matters.
The VINELink service page shows the national interface where Arkansas searches and notification steps begin:

The live interface changes over time. Follow the current Arkansas path. Verify the matching record before you register. That habit prevents alerts tied to the wrong person.
Fifteen-Minute VINE Transfers
Arkansas VINE reports that county-jail data transfers every 15 minutes. The cycle runs 24 hours a day. It covers every day of the year. That cadence matters locally, but it is not an instant-booking promise. Before anything can transfer, the jail must identify the person. It must finish enough intake data, save the custody record, and send it along. Validation steps, status changes, or system problems can stretch the wait.
So the clock starts only after the upstream information exists. A 15-minute cycle does not mean every person appears within 15 minutes of arrest. The arrest may precede transport. Intake may precede the next report update. When sequence matters, compare the VINE result against WCSO page timestamps.
The sheriff's detailed roster shows current or recent custody fields, while VINE centers on status and notification. The two systems complement each other. Expect different fields at different moments, not identical displays.
VINE, Jail, and Court Records
Match the source to the question. VINE says whether a participating system reports someone in custody. It tells you where. It also says whether alerts can be set. The WCSO intake report covers who entered the detention system in its rolling three-day window. The alpha roster and individual detail carry county booking information. The court docket takes over after booking.
- Booking
- The jail intake process and record created after arrest.
- Custody status
- Whether and where a participating system currently reports the person held, released, transferred, or supervised.
- Transfer
- A move between facilities or custody systems; it is not a court disposition.
- Disposition
- The court’s resolution of a charge, such as dismissal, plea, acquittal, or conviction.
- PIN
- The personal identification number used to manage certain VINE notifications.
Charges listed on a Washington County jail record reflect what a person was booked on. Those counts can change later, though. They may be amended, reduced, or dropped as a case moves forward. A release alert from VINE tells you only that custody ended. It never explains the reason behind it. Turn to Search ARCourts or the circuit clerk for real case events.
Need the wider arrest picture instead? The main navigation's home link lays out a full Washington County booking-record walkthrough. The Arrested Today page carries the freshest same-day arrests. Neither of those tools does what a custody alert does. Keep the two jobs separate and each one stays simple.
VINE Does Not Cover Everything
VINE has a real limit worth knowing. It does not track anyone held in federal Bureau of Prisons custody. That person needs the BOP inmate locator instead. Immigration detention works the same way, and the ICE Online Detainee Locator is the right tool. Keep in mind that a Washington County arrest record or hold alone won't tell you whether either federal system currently has the person.
| Question | Correct source |
|---|---|
| New Washington County intake | WCSO last-three-days intake report and current roster |
| Release or transfer alerts | Arkansas VINE by phone or VINELink |
| State prison placement | Arkansas Department of Corrections Inmate Search and VINE where reported |
| Federal prison custody | BOP inmate locator |
| Immigration custody | ICE Online Detainee Locator |
| Charge outcome | Search ARCourts and the proper court clerk |
A missing result can mean several things. The booking may still be processing. The identifier may be typed wrong. The person may sit in a system VINE does not reach, or an update simply has not transferred yet. Guessing solves nothing. Search with a booking number whenever you can. Call the holding agency directly whenever timing matters. Records also get corrected down the line, since names and statuses are sometimes entered wrong.
Note: Store your registration details and PIN somewhere safe, but treat the jail or custody agency as the final word on any arrest status.
